Returns and Exchange Criteria
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase if it follows all of our returns criteria.


Returns are accepted only through the mail.

  • We accept all returns within (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed or defective with all original tags attached.
  • Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.
  • Items marked "FINAL SALE" and "CLEARANCE" cannot be returned.
  • Gift items can only be returned for INFLUENCE COLLECTION points (online credit).

Exchanges by mail are only accepted for equal or lesser valued priced items, defective, or wrong item(s).

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at help@influencecollection.com.
  • Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.

 

How to make an easy return

  1. Fill out your Returns & Exchanges Form provided on the website.
  2. Mail all online returns with your invoice/order number as followed:

  1. Simply drop off your returns package at your local post office.
  2. Review our Return Criteria below and make sure the items are eligible for return.

 

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you see fit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchange items.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 30 business days after we receive your package.
  • Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our Return Criteria are subject  to a partial refund, for a 20%-50% restocking fee, online store credit (Influence Collection Points), or denial.
  • Influence Collection points and coupon codes are nonrefundable.
  • We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
